Colorbond I - Industrial/Commercial Specification Projects

 Dependable and rugged for long-lasting protection, Colorbond I systems are specified when high security and strength are required.  The Colorbond I system is created by combining fabric that is made from either extruded and adhered or fused and adhered wire with framework which meets the strict specifications of ASTM F 1043, Group IA or IC.  This system meets or exceeds ASTM Specifications F 668, F 934, F 1043, D 1499, Federal RR-F-191, AASHTO-M181 and other state and federal agencies, power plants, and severe marine installations.

Colorbond II - Commercial/Recreational Specification Projects

A perfect selection for light industrial projects, Colorbond II offers long-lasting protection and maintenance free qualities.  The Colorbond II system is created by combining fabric that is made from either extruded, extruded and adhered, or fused and adhered wire with high strength framework which meets ASTM F 1043 for coating, but not for wall thickness.  Colorbond II systems are specified for parameter security fencing at hospitals, pumping and transformer stations, parks, playgrounds and athletic fields, light industrial and office complexes.  This environmentally colored fencing also makes the perfect surrounding for playgrounds, tennis courts, golf courses, baseball diamonds and pools.

Color Coated Chain Link Fence System

Fabric furnished with Merchants' PVC Color Systems is under strict quality control. The PVC coated fabric is available in black, brown, and green. Other colors are available by quotation.

With PVC coated fabric, you are assured of a double coating of protection. Before the wire is processed through the PVC coating line, it must first be coated with zinc. The finished color PVC material is then extruded or fused onto the galvanized surface, giving the fence a double coating of protection along with the lasting beauty of color.
