Polyester - is manufactured from high tensile steel sheet (55,000 PSI min.) for maximum bending strengths. All LCX pipe is galvanized inside and out; and the outside receives a zinc phosphate/chromate chemical conversion coating prior to the 3 mil TGIC polyester outer coating.

Heavy Mil LG - 40 is manufactured with cold formed steel which provides a high strength pipe. A zinc coating is then applied prior to the application of a 10 mil PVC polymer coating. Heavy Mil - LG-40 meets or exceeds ASTM F 1043, Type B. Dependable and rugged for long lasting protection, this product is recommended for any commercial, industrial or high security application.
