When will my points be available online?
Your points are calculated and credited monthly. All purchases will appear in your account the following month in a pending status until the invoices have been paid at which time the points will be shifted to an available status. For example, all points earned for purchases made in June will be posted in July as pending. Once payment has been received, the points will be moved to an active status at the next monthly update.
How will I know I have points available to spend?
After you’ve completed your personal profile and provided us with your email address, you will automatically receive a monthly email detailing any points added to your account balance. You can also visit MerchantsMetalsRewards.com at any time to check your balance.
I don’t think I’ve received points for all the products I’ve purchased. How can I be certain?
If you feel you have purchases that have not been rewarded, please contact your Merchants Metals sales representative to discuss the specific invoice(s) in question.
