ATLANTA, Ga. – Expanding on its extensive line of ornamental fence options, Merchants Metals announced it has entered into a new partnership with Fortress Fence Products, and will now be offering the VERSAI, V2 and TITAN lines of welded ornamental steel.
“We are very excited to add the Fortress Fence product line to our ornamental offering, giving our customers another great option when they need a high quality, terrain adjusting ornamental steel system,” said Kyle Guillot, Director of Marketing for Merchants Metals. “The VERSAI residential product from Fortress is now in stock at service centers nationwide and our sales teams have already begun taking orders.”
The VERSAI residential system is made with pre-galvanized steel and features a true 5/8” square picket. Designed with a distinctive internal patent pending pin-hinge system, the VERSAI system easily adjusts to extreme changes in ground elevations and adjusts an incredible 48” in an 8’ section.
V2 is a commercial grade welded system and is designed with pre-galvanized 14 gauge rails and 3/4” pickets. Engineered with same internal pin-hinge system, V2 panels have no visible fasteners and 30” of adjustability in an 8’ section.
The VERSAI and V2 systems are coated with FortressShield, a premium coating process which includes a corrosion resistant E-Coat, followed by an architectural grade powder top coat.
The TITAN Custom system is available in both commercial and industrial sizes, and is manufactured with 100% domestic G90 steel. TITAN panels are engineered with a patented slide lock rail security system for added strength and security, and the galvanized steel components are coated with FortressArmour, a premium coating process which includes a zinc rinse and a double powder top coat.
“The Fortress Product line is a great compliment to the other ornamental lines offered by Merchants Metals,” Guillot added. “Whether our customers need ornamental aluminum, welded steel or terrain adjusting steel products, they can get them all through their local Merchants Metals Service Center.”
